As part of the Food Security and Livelihood Program under the Shabake 2 project, our community kitchen, “El-Matbakh,” has successfully prepared approximately 22,000 hot meals for distribution to 186 vulnerable households over a three-month period in Qalamoun and Saqi Al-Tabbaneh.
This initiative also engaged 15 community volunteers through a cash-for-work program, demonstrating our commitment to not only providing essential meals but also fostering positive change within the community.

The Shabake 2 project is supported by AFD – Agence Française de Développement – and the Centre de Crise et De Soutien and implemented by the French public agency for international technical cooperation Expertise France.
