Shabake 2: Enhancing Health Knowledge Through Community Awareness Sessions
Under the Shabake 2 Project, our 5 passionate community health workers, employed through our cash-for-work initiative, are actively engaging with individuals from less fortunate areas to lead essential awareness sessions on breastfeeding, nutrition, and food safety, reaching out to 300 individuals. These sessions aim to empower individuals with invaluable knowledge and skills, fostering healthier lifestyles, paving the way for sustainable well-being, and providing simple and cost-effective tips, ensuring that health and well-being remain within everyone’s reach.
The Shabake 2 project is supported by AFD – Agence Française de Développement – and the Centre de Crise et De Soutien and implemented by the French public agency for international technical cooperation Expertise France.
