Frontline Heroes: Experiences and Challenges
As part of the “Baynetna: Dialogue and More” project, the citizen journalists organized a dialogue session titled “Frontline Heroes: Experiences and Challenges.”
The session brought together humanitarian workers, volunteers, and frontline responders from various organizations and groups. Facilitated by the citizen journalists, the discussions focused on the significance of humanitarian work and the challenges faced by those in the field, particularly in recent times.
Participants shared their experiences, highlighted best practices for managing pressure, and explored ways to enhance efficiency in their work. The session also featured interactive activities that encouraged engagement and knowledge exchange among attendees.
“Baynetna: Dialogue and More” is a project implemented by UTOPIA Association with the support of DW Akademie Middle East / North Africa. It aims to empower citizen journalists in marginalized areas of North Lebanon, Akkar, and Bekaa through providing comprehensive training and support to facilitate the creation of diverse dialogue formats tailored to the specific contexts of these regions.
