On August 10, UTOPIA held a pitching event where participants supported under the project “Reducing vulnerabilities for refugees and Lebanese host communities and strengthening Lebanese civil society” funded by Danish International Development Agency in partnership with Oxfam in Lebanon presented their small business projects.

The participants’ projects showcased promising initiatives to make a positive change in the lives of their local communities in Tripoli. The presented initiatives revolved around organic agriculture, dairy products, clothes tailoring, grocery shops, homemade preserves, beauty centers, and more.
