Training a New Generation of Peace Content Creators

UTOPIA recently celebrated the graduation of a new group of young participants who successfully completed an 80-hour training on content creation for peace as part of the Pathways to Peace 2 project.

The training was conducted in collaboration with Quad Academy and aimed to equip participants with the skills needed to produce meaningful digital content that promotes dialogue, coexistence, and peaceful narratives within their communities.

From Training to Production

Throughout the program, participants engaged in intensive sessions focused on storytelling, media production, and responsible digital communication. The training encouraged participants to explore how media and creative content can contribute to peacebuilding and positive social change.

As part of the learning process, participants produced short videos centered on themes of peace, applying the techniques and concepts they developed during the training.

These videos reflected diverse perspectives and demonstrated how youth can use digital platforms to amplify messages of dialogue, empathy, and community understanding.

Celebrating Participants’ Achievements

Following the completion of the training and the production phase, participants gathered once again to celebrate their journey and receive certificates of participation.

The certificate distribution ceremony provided an opportunity to recognize the dedication, creativity, and commitment shown by the participants throughout the program.

Their work represents an important step toward building a new generation of purpose-driven content creators who use media as a tool for peace and constructive dialogue.
